Summary

In the work are discussed common distinguished functions of classical and innovation small business, also who can be belonged to the small organizations in the economic view. Here are distinguished venture and small innovation organizations .Is talked about the venture capital in the developed countries as the key element of the innovation system. Are studied the effectiveness of expenses of scientific-research experimental constructive activity in the small innovation companies (forms): their roles in the economies of developed countries. For the purpose of realization of their roles and advantages are given statistic materials Is talked about the important role of small business in the ‘’ national innovation system”’.
